Love is a wonderful, serene and indescribable feeling…a special gift from God! Only one who has truly felt this emotion can say how beautiful it is to be in love. Love has many shades, many sides and many sensations. Love brings with it bountiful of joy, colors and effervescence; yet one cannot escape its grief as well. The longings, the pining for beloved, the craving to be with him/her brings untold sorrow amid the sweet feeling of love.
It’s great to be in love…to feel the scent of love and spiralling emotions. It’s great to wake up every morning knowing that there is someone who is there for you; someone who cares for you, and someone who thinks about you. When you feel good inside, it shows on your face. You feel as if everything is going your way…everything which was not working before, suddenly starts falling in place. You don’t feel alone anymore! You are not scared to face the world! True love comes silently; and we don’t even recognize it sometimes…we try to suppress our emotions and try to dismiss it as a passing fancy and consequently suffer more. How do you know that you are in love? Well…you just know! There are no bells ringing in your ears, no special dreams to let you know. It’s only you who gets the signal and understand. Love just happens…it is not a calculated move; not something you can plan. In this context, I would like to quote this beautiful song by UB40, which is one of my favorites:
